# EMPLOYMENT FOR SPOUSES

Attracting new skills is a key issue for businesses.

To facilitate the decision to accept a new position or transfer, GrandAngoulême offers companies an ‘Employment for Spouses’ scheme.

In practical terms, when you are recruited, your company can call on this scheme to assist your spouse. If your company fulfils the requirements, your spouse will benefit from tailor-made support to find employment: skills assessment, definition of a professional project, introduction to the economic landscape and training for interviews, etc.
